About Us

At Unearth Potential we provide high quality therapy services based on each client’s individual needs. Not only do we pride ourselves on tailoring your child’s programs to their specific needs and learning styles, but we also ensure our staff are equipped with the most effective strategies to provide the best high energy, individualized therapeutic services our community has to offer.

At Unearth Potential, we value and support:

Growth:

At Unearth Potential, we foster learning and growth for our clients, therapists and community members. By constantly seeking knowledge, we build opportunities for success.

Innovation:

We encourage our team to think outside of the box. Doing so allows us to use best practices and evidence-based interventions that create new opportunities for learning.

Integrity:

We make honest, equitable, and ethically-minded decisions, taking into account the interest of both the client and therapy team.

Community:

We focus on inclusion, teamwork, creating support systems, and working closely with families and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes. At Unearth Potential, we simultaneously aim to be a benefit to our community and create community within our organization.

Caring, passionate therapists make all the difference.

Our therapists are the backbone of the clinic.

All Unearth Potential therapy providers are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This means they have successfully completed a rigorous course of direct training, hands-on practicum hours and BCBA-administered competency assessment, as well as passing the national RBT exam. RBTs maintain their credentials by receiving regular supervision with a BCBA and participating annually in continuing education opportunities.

We work hard every day to provide our clients with an exceptional ABA therapy experience. Everyone on staff at Unearth Potential is held to high professional development and performance-based standards. Additionally, we provide performance-based enhancement opportunities and aim to simultaneously nurture and advocate for their strengths.
